Take the fill hose off and aim it into a bucket and turn the water tap back on and make sure the water comes gussing out. . If thats all ok then take the top off and the left hand side panel. Unplug your dishwasher and disconnect the water supply before starting. Locate your water inlet valve. It is commonly found on the lower left side of your dishwasher. You likely will need to remove the lower access panel to locate it. Looking for any signs of damage, wear, or cracking, visually inspect the water inlet valve.

First remove the lower basket from the dishwasher. Next remove the central filter by twisting it anticlockwise and lifting out. The larger mesh filter should now lift out easily. Separate the central filter into its two component parts. Now give the filters a good clean, removing any food debris and washing all the parts in warm soapy water.

There is no water under the machine, I have checked the flood valve. I have also removed and tested the water valve and it works fine.
